Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking a Master’s Level Clinical Supervisor in San Bernardino, CA. You will oversee Behavior Interventionists, coordinate FBAs, and design ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision in a collaborative team environment.

The role offers hybrid scheduling, generous clinical support, ongoing training, and clear growth into BCBA and leadership roles. Strong communication and Spanish fluency are highly valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or related field
• Enrollment in a BCBA program or actively accruing supervision hours (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
• Prior clinical experience in ABA
• Experience using ABA data collection and program management platforms
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and TB clearance
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists
• Conduct and oversee FBAs
• Design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide ongoing staff training, modeling, and support
• Monitor data collection, treatment fidelity, and clinical quality
• Conduct weekly case visits and caregiver training sessions
• Complete progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in monthly clinical meetings and professional development activities
• Ensure timely submission of billing, clinical notes, and other required materials
• Address clinical concerns and conduct internal quality assurance checks
• Maintain consistent communication with all members of the care team

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
• Enrollment in a BCBA program or actively accruing supervision hours (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred), but not required
• Prior clinical experience in ABA
• Experience using ABA data collection and program management platforms
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and provide TB clearance
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance
