Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and supervise ABA programs for children and families across the Inland Empire, including San Bernardino, Redlands, Fontana, and Loma Linda.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services.
• Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment development, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and feedback.
• Comfortable using electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current auto insurance.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
• Current TB clearance or ability to obtain required clearance.

• Overseeing and modifying treatment programs based on client progress.
• Analyzing clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
• Supervising and mentoring Mid‑Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitoring treatment integrity and quality of service delivery.
• Providing ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and staff support.
• Conducting caregiver education and parent training.
• Collaborating with families and members of the treatment team.
• Completing progress reports and required clinical documentation.
• Participating in clinical meetings and professional development.
• Ensuring treatment is delivered ethically and according to current clinical standards.
