Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership for children and families. You will conduct FBAs, develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians, monitor progress, and ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services and clinical supervision.
• Experience with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• TB clearance and successful background screening.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment integrity and client progress.
• Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and parent education.
• Complete progress reports and required clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and monthly clinical meetings.
• Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and support.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery.

What You’ll Do
