Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Master’s Level Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor our ABA team. The role includes supervising Interventionists, overseeing FBAs, and designing treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

The position emphasizes data-driven practice, collaboration, and ongoing professional development. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a related field, have ABA experience, and be prepared for a hybrid remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Enrollment in BCBA program or accruing supervision hours is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred but not required.
• Experience in ABA supervision and data handling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists.
• Conduct and oversee FBAs.
• Design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide ongoing staff training, modeling, and support.
• Monitor data collection, treatment fidelity, and clinical quality.
• Conduct weekly case visits and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Participate in monthly clinical meetings and professional development activities.
• Ensure timely submission of billing, clinical notes, and materials.
• Address clinical concerns and perform internal quality assurance checks.
• Maintain consistent communication with the care team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists

QUALFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
• Enrollment in a BCBA program or actively accruing supervision hours (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred), but not required
• Prior clinical experience in ABA
• Experience using ABA data collection and program management platforms
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and provide TB clearance
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance
