At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC), we're looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. Whether you're beginning your career or looking for meaningful hands-on experience, we'll provide the paid training, clinical support, and mentorship you need to succeed.
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), one of the most effective evidence-based therapies available.
No ABA experience? No problem. No prior ABA experience is required! We offer comprehensive paid training, hands-on guidance, and ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help you build your skills and feel confident in your role.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives.
Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors.
ABA is all about celebrating progress—whether it’s learning to communicate a need, completing a daily routine, interacting with others, or reaching a new milestone.
