GYMGUYZ Washington DC is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers delivering personalized, home and office sessions across the DC area. You will mentor peers, drive client results, and shape the local fitness culture with a focus on growth and leadership opportunities.

The role offers a flexible full-time schedule, competitive hourly pay, and ongoing professional development. Training is conducted in clients' spaces, with emphasis on results and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with national or regional accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
