GYMGUYZ Ventura County is seeking a Master Personal Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, drive client results, and shape the fitness culture in the community.

You will mentor other trainers, manage assessments, design sessions, and contribute to local marketing while advancing a leadership path within the network. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, performance bonuses, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
