As a Master Trainer, you will drive training quality, conduct assessments with the GYMGUYZ App, and contribute to sales goals while advancing a mobile fitness culture that extends beyond traditional gyms.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven client results and ability to mentor trainers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
