GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, delivering exceptional results for clients in homes, offices, and community spaces nationwide.

You’ll drive client success, conduct assessments, design training sessions, and help grow our mobile fitness network while modeling DRIVE values and advancing your leadership career.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — DRIVE — in every interaction.
