Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to mentor fellow trainers, lead client programs, and drive community impact across mobile training locations. You’ll set training standards, oversee performance metrics, and partner with leadership to grow the team.

The role emphasizes leadership, client results, and a passion for mobility-based fitness with opportunities for advancement and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with an accredited organization (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven track record in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
