GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile fitness professionals. You will mentor trainers, drive client results, and shape fitness within your community.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE) certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven track record of client results and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
