GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer who will lead and mentor a team of mobile personal trainers, delivering exceptional client results across homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll guide sessions, assess progress, and shape the future of fitness in your area.

You’ll drive sales support, lead workshops, and advocate our DRIVE values—Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence— while advancing your team’s skills and careers within a national mobile fitness network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with valid CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum 3 years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor trainers and drive client results.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments via the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development.
• Drive local marketing and community outreach.
• Uphold DRIVE values in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• A passion for helping people
• Highly motivated
• Organized
• Continual learning is a must
