Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers delivering workouts at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces.

You will coach and develop trainers, perform assessments, design sessions, and drive client success metrics while contributing to sales and local marketing efforts. A leadership track with ongoing development is offered in a flexible, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Minimum 3+ years in personal training with leadership experience.
• Proven success mentoring clients and team members.
• Strong communication, organization and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the app.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.

Master Trainer

Compensation:

$50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
