Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Lead Personal Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers delivering client-focused sessions at homes, offices, and community spaces. The role emphasizes mentorship, results, and leadership to shape fitness within the local network.

You will guide trainings, monitor client progress, and contribute to growth through coaching and development of the team within a flexible, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized cert (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ values in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
