GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers delivering results across homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor other trainers, drive client outcomes, and shape the fitness culture in your community with a flexible, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer credential required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and drive client results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.

Master Trainer

Compensation: $40 - $50/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
