Ensemble is seeking a Master Patient Index Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient identity data across the enterprise, supporting continuity of care and regulatory compliance. You will be the primary resource for resolving duplicate records, chart corrections, and medical record number inquiries within the EHR and related systems.

Collaborating with patient access, Health Information Management, and technical teams to resolve identity discrepancies, prevent downstream billing
