Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Master Patient Index Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient demographic data across the enterprise. You will resolve duplicate records, perform merges and unmerges, and reconcile identity data to support continuity of care and compliant operations.

Serves as the primary resource for resolving duplicate records, chart corrections, and medical record number inquiries within the electronic health record and related systems. Maintains and reconciles patient identity data by performing merges, unmerges, and contact moves, ensures accurate linkage of records across registration, scheduling, and clinical systems.
