Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Master Patient Index Specialist in the United States to ensure accuracy and integrity of patient demographic data across the enterprise. You will resolve duplicate records and manage patient identity data, supporting continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

Work with patient access, Health Information Management, and technical teams to reconcile data, prevent billing errors, and uphold data integrity standards.

• Maintain and reconcile patient identity data across registration, scheduling, and clinical systems.
• Resolve duplicate records and perform merges/unmerges in the Master Patient Index.
• Collaborate with patient access, Health Information Management, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and prevent downstream billing errors.
