Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Master Patient Index Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient demographic data across the enterprise. You will resolve duplicate records, perform merges and unmerges, and reconcile identity data to support continuity of care and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining accurate patient identity data across multiple systems.
• Ability to perform merges, unmerges, and resolve duplicate records.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards related to patient data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Resolve duplicate patient records and perform merges/unmerges in EHR and related systems.
• Maintain and reconcile patient identity data across registration, scheduling, and clinical modules.
• Collaborate with Patient Access, HIM, and IT teams to prevent downstream billing errors.
