Avis Budget Group is hiring a Master Mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles across a diverse fleet. You will work on newer vehicles from multiple brands, applying advanced skills to ensure safety and reliability for customers.

The role requires at least 3 years of professional auto repair and ASE certifications, with opportunities for additional ASE upgrades within the first year. This on-site position supports customer experience and fleet uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional auto repair experience.
• Current ASE certifications (minimum of 3).
• Ability to acquire 2 additional ASE certifications within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex automotive repairs, including warranty work, on a wide range of vehicle makes and models with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a technical resource for other technicians and share best practices.
• Ensure vehicle safety, reliability and readiness for customers.
