Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Master Mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles across a diverse fleet. You will work on newer vehicles, perform warranty work, and share guidance with fellow technicians to maintain safety and reliability.

This on-site role requires ASE certifications, a valid driver's license, tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive pay begins at $34/hour with benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional auto repair experience.
• Current ASE certifications (minimum of 3), with ability to acquire 2 additional ASE certifications within the first year.
• Experience across ASE areas like Engine Repair, Drivetrain, Brakes, Electrical is preferred.
• Must have complete set of tools for automotive repair and maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex automotive repairs, including warranty work, on a wide range of makes/models.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, exhaust, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and onboard computer systems.
• Work on a diverse fleet of newer vehicles and share best practices with other technicians.
