Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a skilled Master Mechanic in the Erlanger, KY area to diagnose and repair vehicles across brands. You will work on newer fleet vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and availability for customers.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of professional auto repair experience, 3+ ASE certifications (with ability to gain 2 more in the first year), and a complete tool set. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional auto repair experience.
• Current ASE certifications (minimum of 3), with ability to acquire 2 additional ASE certifications within the first year.
• Must have a complete set of tools for automotive repair and maintenance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical duties.
• On-site presence required and cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex automotive repairs on a wide range of makes and models, including warranty work.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, exhaust, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and onboard computer systems.
• Serve as a technical resource for other technicians and share best practices to support shop performance.
