Avis Budget Group in Chicago, IL is hiring a Master Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles. You will handle warranty work and contribute to high-quality customer experiences by ensuring vehicles are safe and ready for road use.

You will work on newer fleets, using diverse brands and tech, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. On-site role requiring ASE-certified expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional auto repair experience.
• Current ASE certifications (min 3), with the ability to acquire 2 additional ASE certifications within the first year.
• Must have a complete set of tools for automotive repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and complex automotive repairs, including warranty work.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, HVAC, and onboard computers.
• Serve as a technical resource for other technicians and support overall shop performance.
