Job summary

Sam's Club in South Charleston, WV is hiring a Senior Meat Cutter to drive quality and efficiency in our meat department. You will work with team members to cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products to spec, maintain freshness, and ensure safe handling and sanitation.

You will use handheld tools, learn our processes, and help educate peers on techniques, inventory management, and shrink control while delivering great member service.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Training and compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with colleagues to educate others and support customer service.
• Be an Expert: cut, slice, grind and wrap meat to specification while ensuring quality.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to assist operations and monitoring.
