Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if selected for the position.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicating effectively and developing interpersonal skills for providing customer service.
• Be an Expert: Maintains in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, processing meat per specifications and ensuring safety and inventory standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, using handheld tech to support production, training and quality decisions.
