Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter in Warren, OH to drive sales and deliver high-quality meat products to members. You will collaborate with associates, maintain product knowledge, and ensure food safety and accurate inventory in a high-volume environment.

You will utilize handheld tools to make quick, informed decisions, train teammates, and uphold the club's standards for quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, and provide customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, processing meat to specifications and ensuring food safety and inventory management.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience for members.
• Drive the business results with operational excellence, profitability, and proper packaging and labeling of meat products.
• Act as a Talent Ambassador, model high-quality service, train others, and help remove roadblocks to job performance.
