Job summary

Sam's Club in Columbia, SC is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to help drive sales and meet member expectations. You will cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products to specification, maintain cold chain, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Completion of required trainings and assessments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products to specifications.
• Maintain sanitation, inventory levels, and food safety standards.
• Educate and assist coworkers; provide excellent customer service to members.
