Job summary

Cadillac of Las Vegas is seeking an experienced EV technician to diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of vehicles in our busy dealership service team.

You will focus on advanced electric vehicle systems, stay current with evolving automotive technology, adhere to safety protocols for high‑voltage components, and work in a productive flat‑rate environment. ASE certifications are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive dealership/repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including electrical and drivability concerns.
• Experience with routine maintenance and complex repairs (brakes, suspension, electrical systems).
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors.
• Maintain productivity levels in a flat rate pay structure.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including EV systems.
• Follow all safety protocols, especially with high-voltage EV components.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
