Job summary

Cadillac of Las Vegas is actively hiring experienced Automotive Technicians - Master Technicians to join a high-performing dealership service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles with emphasis on high-quality workmanship and efficiency.

Master techs with GM experience, EV experience a plus, will focus on diagnosing and repairing complex systems. EV techs will handle advanced electrical components and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have General Motors experience.
• At least 3+ years of automotive dealership/repair experience.
• ASE certifications (A1–A8, L1, or L3) and/or manufacturer certifications.
• Experience or training in electric/hybrid vehicle systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment and meet productivity goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors.
