Job summary

VIO Med Spa is seeking a professional Master Esthetician to deliver skincare services such as facials, HydraFacial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced rejuvenation procedures in our Orem, Utah location.

The role includes growth contributions through membership sales, product recommendations, and client rebooking strategies, while maintaining safety, sanitation, and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician with active license in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Knowledge of current esthetic treatment practices, products and trends.
• Ability to consult patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' skin conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Perform facials, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and moisturizing based on skin type and concerns.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, at-home care, and sun protection.
• Ensure all equipment and treatment rooms are sanitized and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate client records including history, preferences, and sensitivities.
• Promote and sell skincare products and additional services to clients.
• Stay updated on skincare trends and new techniques through ongoing education.

Position Summary: Our Master Estheticians are responsible for delivering exceptional client care through professional skincare services, including customized facials, HydraFacial treatments, non-invasive chemical peels, microneedling, exfoliation treatments, and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures. Estheticians will also perform treatments utilizing industry-leading devices such as HydraFacial, SkinPen, MOXI, and BBL, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and client experience.

This position is expected to actively contribute to business growth through membership sales, retention efforts, product recommendations, and client rebooking strategies. The Esthetician serves as a trusted skincare expert, helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals while supporting the overall sales, profitability, and growth objectives of the spa.

Primary Functions/Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assesses clients' skin conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Performs facials, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and moisturizing, based on the client's skin type and concerns.
• Educates clients on proper skincare routines, including at-home care and the importance of sun protection.
• Ensures all equipment and treatment rooms are sanitized and in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintains accurate client records, including treatment history, preferences, and any allergies or sensitivities.
• Promotes and sells skincare products and additional services to clients.
• Stays updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
• Provides excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Follows all Company policies and state and local regulations for esthetician practices, including obtaining and maintaining the necessary licenses.

Qualifications:

• Possess a thorough knowledge of the skin
• Have excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques
• Possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills
• Legally certified Esthetician within the jurisdiction of employment
• Knowledge of current esthetic treatment practices, products and trends
• Comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plan

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 30lbs
• Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, utilizing proper PPE
• Continual use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
