Job summary

VIO Med Spa is seeking a engaging Front Desk Associate in New York to greet guests, handle registrations, and drive sales of skincare memberships and services. You will respond to inquiries, process payments, and maintain a spotless front desk as part of a luxury guest experience.

The role requires multitasking, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, beauty-forward setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in beauty, wellness, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A passion for beauty and wellness and staying updated on industry trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Open and close the spa.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out process
