Job summary

VIO Med Spa in New York offers luxury skincare and wellness services. We are seeking a driven esthetician to perform facial treatments, HydraFacial, chemical peels, and other procedures, while building relationships with guests.

You will meet sales targets through proactive engagement, educate clients on products, and stay current with industry trends. This role requires a NY license and at least two years in a med spa setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician in NY with a minimum of 2 years in med spa facials and treatments.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding skincare sales targets.
• Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of skincare treatments including facials, non-invasive chemical peels, HydraFacial’s, Glo2 treatments, exfoliation, and microdermabrasion.
• Assist growth by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals through proactive guest engagement and follow-up.
• Participate in sales initiatives to promote skincare products and services, including events as needed.
• Conduct skin assessments and consultations to identify needs and recommend personalized plans.
• Educate guests on skincare products and services to promote healthy skin maintenance.
• Stay up to date on skincare trends, products, and techniques to provide top recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment and adhere to sanitation protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform a range of high-quality skincare treatments including facials, non-invasive chemical peels, HydraFacial’s, Glo2 treatments, exfoliation treatments, and microdermabrasion

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to identify guests needs and recommend personalized treatment plans

• Stay up to date on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to provide guests with the best possible recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment and adhere to all sanitation protocols

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician in New York State with a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical spa facials and treatments
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a skincare or beauty industry setting
• Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
