Job summary

Elase in Utah is seeking a skilled Master Aesthetician to provide personalized skincare and clinical treatments, delivering best-in-class service. You will maintain clinic space, engage with clients, and stay current with trends in medical aesthetics.

The role requires a Utah Master Esthetician license, 1–3 years of experience, and occasional evenings/weekends. Laser experience is a plus; POS experience is a bonus. On-site full-time hours range 30–40 per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations.

• Create and adjust personalized treatment plans and product recommendations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare.
• Maintain detailed treatment records and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build client loyalty.
• Assist with monthly sales goals and POS transactions.
• Provide laser hair removal services.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized skincare and clinical treatments to provide best in class customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in medical aesthetics. When not performing treatments, Aestheticians work with their clinic teams to maintain the clinic space and engage with clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a current Utah Master Esthetician License
• 1-3 years of aesthetic experience required
• Laser experience preferred, but not required
• High School Diploma required
• Point of Sale Experience a plus

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and dermatological conditions, as well as familiarity with skincare products and ingredients.
• Excellent technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform treatments safely and effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Passion for empowering clients and colleagues, with a genuine interest in the field of medical aesthetics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history.
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments and procedures, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser treatments, and noninvasive body contouring.
• Customize treatment plans and recommend skincare products based on clients' individual needs, skin type, and desired outcomes.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, post-treatment care, and lifestyle factors that may impact skin health and appearance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records, including client information, treatment plans, product usage, and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, and safety standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Work with clinic team towards monthly sales goals.
• Oversee the Point of Sale transaction with clients and work within the system for scheduling.
• Provide Laser Hair removal services.
• Other duties as assigned when not performing services.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• This position is in-person at one of our Elase Med Spas and requires an on-site presence each scheduled workday.
• Full- time, ranging from to 30-40 hours a week depending on the needs of the business.
• Must be available to work when our locations are open (including nights, Saturdays, and federal holidays).
• Must be available for occasional company-sponsored events and training.
• Must be able to stand, lift, and handle heavy objects.
• Must be able to be consistently move around the spa.
