Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Master Data Coordinator to maintain customer and vendor data in JDE, support tax documentation, and partner with Sales, Finance, and IT for data accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years in related functions, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree and ERP experience are preferred; the position offers a standard weekday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Credit & Collections, master data management, or related function.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, deactivate, and maintain customer and vendor master data in JDE with high accuracy.
• Maintain sales tax documentation and Avalara integrations.
• Research discrepancies and communicate with internal partners for complete information before updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Credit & Collections, and distribution centers to maintain data integrity.
• Generate and review weekly/monthly master data reports.
• Coordinate with IT on system issues affecting master data.
• Maintain correct account relationships within JDE and review discrepancy reports for corrections.
• Create SOPs and process documentation for master data operations.
• Work effectively in a team and align with company values.
