Visual Comfort & Co. in the United States is seeking a Master Data Coordinator to maintain customer and vendor data in JDE Enterprise One and collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

You will manage tax documentation, investigate discrepancies, and generate weekly and monthly reports. The role requires strong data-entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with IT on system changes while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of full-time work experience in Credit & Collections, master data management, sales operations, or related function.
• Experience with JDE or comparable ERP platform preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, deactivate, and maintain customer and vendor master data in JDE with a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain sales tax documentation and support sales tax modules and related third-party platforms, including Avalara
• Research discrepancies and communicate with internal partners to obtain complete and accurate information before creating or updating records
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Credit & Collections, distribution centers, and other teams to maintain accurate customer and vendor information
• Generate, review, and maintain weekly and monthly reporting related to master data
• Coordinate with Information Technology department on system errors, updates, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution affecting master data
• Maintain correct account relationships and structures within the JDE system
• Review exception and discrepancy reports and complete required customer or vendor record corrections
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and related process documentation related to master data
• Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and identify and resolve problems
