Job summary

RH Aero Systems seeks a hands-on Master Data Specialist to drive enterprise master data management, financial analytics, and data governance across ERP initiatives. You will standardize vendor, customer, product, and other master data, validate records, and support data cleanup and migration during integrations and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience with master data management, data analysis, finance, procurement, and reporting functions.
• Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX in a Microsoft platform.
• Understanding of financial reporting concepts such as GL accounts, cost centers, budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, payables, and variances.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, Ariba, or other procurement and supplier management platforms.
• Experience supporting vendor master data, supplier master data, procurement master data, accounts payable data, or supplier lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding, vendor validation, tax documentation, payment controls, banking controls, procurement policies, and audit requirements.
• Knowledge of procurement and finance processes, including procure-to-pay, purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, supplier performance, and spend reporting.
• Experience with MDM tools, data catalog tools, workflow tools, supplier management tools, or data quality platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying and validating vendor, supplier, finance, and procurement data.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, procurement transformation, ERP implementation, supplier data migration, or process improvement projects.
• Familiarity with internal controls, audit requirements, compliance frameworks, segregation of duties, and vendor payment risk controls.
• Experience with Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, or other automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, validate, and deactivate customer, vendor, and supplier master data records according to policies and workflows.
• Evaluate the current integration landscape and help transition to controlled, scalable patterns.
• Investigate and resolve vendor and supplier master data issues affecting procurement and finance.
• Monitor vendor data quality metrics and propose corrective actions.
• Support data cleanup, rationalization, and migration during ERP implementations and system upgrades.
• Perform data quality checks to normalize records and correct inconsistencies.
• Partner with procurement, accounts payable, finance, supply chain, compliance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and controls.
