Job description

VIP is seeking a Master Data Implementation Specialist for our SRS Implementation Team.In this role, you will support new wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage suppliers as they onboard our sales data collection services and reporting solutions. Master Data Specialists collaborate closely within a team environment to support a designated group of customers, guiding them through the implementation process and helping ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.

You will serve as a key VIP point of contact during supplier implementations, assisting in the creation and execution of implementation project plans while maintaining strong communication with customer project sponsors. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, which requires a minimum of 3 days a week in our Colchester office.

Position Type:

Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT

Compensation:

$26.00 - $30.00/hour

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.

Key Responsibilities
