You will drive accuracy and governance of core reference data across supplier, location, and org hierarchies, partnering with the Lead and department Manager to prioritize requests and deliver timely data solutions. As SME for Ross data domains, you will analyze data, develop governance materials, support training, and continuously improve data workflows while collaborating with business and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst with data governance experience.
• Experience documenting Merchandising, IT or Finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and point of contact for multiple business units.
• Analyze data to provide insights and support governance.
• Be the SME for Supplier, Org, and Location Master data.
• Maintain governance and process documents.
• Create and maintain training materials and guides.
• Manage Master Data Management tool requests and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
