Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Business Analyst for the Master Data Office to manage enterprise master data, support governance, and deliver data-driven insights across departments. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple business units and adherence to data standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of BA experience, a strong foundation in data governance, and excellent communication skills to bridge business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, HR, or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Retail or IT.
• Prior Data Governance and Administration experience preferred.
• Strong ability to document processes and requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Ross master data domains (Supplier, Org, Location).
• Analyse data to provide insights and support governance.
• Manage requests in Master Data Management tools and ensure governance compliance.
• Develop governance and process documentation for data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver data improvements.
• Support training materials and knowledge content related to data management.
