Qualifications

• 2 year technical/business degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in a production/manufacturing environment or similar.
• Ability to read and comprehend prints.
• Excellent cabinet making skills with emphasis on quality.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints or drawings to plan cutting or shaping operations.
• Mark outlines or dimensions on parts or lumber stock.
• Match materials for color, grain, or texture.
• Set up and operate woodworking machines to cut and shape parts.
• Glue, fit, and clamp parts to form complete units.
• Drive nails or other fasteners to reinforce joints.
• Sand and prep surfaces for finishing.
• Install hardware such as hinges, catches, and pulls.
• Follow safety and workplace policies.
