Job summary

Wendel in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Senior Project/Construction Manager to lead Master Builder projects from inception to completion. You will manage client relationships, coordinate design and construction teams, and drive schedules and budgets in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

The role demands 10–15 years of experience in construction management or related fields, with strong communication and leadership skills and a willingness to travel as needed to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP/PE/Architect a plus.
• 10–15 years leading infrastructure/building projects in CM/engineering/architecture.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and willingness to travel locally and beyond Eau Claire.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior project leadership on Master Builder projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
• Serve as primary client contact and guide relationships with clients, stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and partners.
• Communicate clearly with clients and design/construction teams using strong verbal and written skills.
• Oversee on-site construction activities with superintendents, manage trades, review plans, and maintain master schedules and budgets.
