Job summary

LVI Associates in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial building projects. The role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout and supports a hybrid work arrangement, typically three days in the office and two days remote.

The Senior Project Manager will manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project documentation, ensuring cost and quality controls throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Background with a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Design-Build firm, or Owner's Representative preferred.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms; strong budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Leading commercial construction projects from planning through completion
• Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Reviewing project progress and proactively resolving cost, schedule, and quality issues
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Supporting preconstruction, procurement, and contractor selection activities
