Job summary

Walbec Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and day-to-day operations of their territory and client base, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and partners on high-profile projects. You will mentor junior PEs/PMs, manage bidding on complex ventures with tight timeframes, and promote safety and Walbec’s values on every site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, vocational training, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of project management experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of DOT guidelines and regulations.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management operations in assigned territory.
• Oversee high-profile projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Bid and manage complex projects with tight deadlines.
• Mentor and supervise less-experienced PEs/PMs.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Represent Walbec in industry associations.
• Travel as required.
