Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose drivability, A/C and electrical systems, and to mentor a shop team. The role includes direct customer interaction and educating customers on problems and proposed solutions to improve satisfaction.

The candidate should have 5+ years of automotive diagnosis/repair experience, multiple ASE certifications, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time on-site role with flexible day/night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years automotive diagnostic, problem-solving and repair experience.
• 8 or more ASE certifications (A1 through A8) preferred.
• Section 609 Certification required.
• State Inspection license if applicable.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Availability to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Perform duties of lower technician levels as needed.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Continuously learn new automotive technologies in training.
• Assist fellow technicians and keep management informed of problems.
• Maintain a neat, organized shop and adhere to safety rules.
