Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive diagnostic, problem-solving and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications — brakes, hydraulic, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and employees.
• Lead and mentor technicians to develop the team.
• Learn through formal training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Maintain an organized shop and adhere to policies.
• Assist fellow technicians as needed.
• Communicate shop issues to management.
