Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in Murfreesboro seeks an Automotive Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair tire and automotive services while delivering excellent customer service. You will explain findings to customers and teammates and stay current with evolving automotive tech.

Responsibilities include safe shop maintenance, mentoring peers, and complying with company policies. ASE and 609 certifications preferred; valid driver license required; days/nights/weekends availability expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of automotive diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience.
• 2+ ASE certifications preferred (A4 Steering and Suspension & A5 Brakes).
• 609 certification preferred.
• State Inspection license if applicable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Successful pre-employment background check.
• Able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications — brake/hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, cooling, suspension and alignment.
• Perform all maintenance services and assist fellow technicians as needed.
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Learn new techniques to stay updated with automotive technology.
• Maintain an organized, safe and clean shop.
