Job summary

VIP Tires & Service is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems, perform maintenance, and ensure work is done right the first time. You will follow VIP safety policies, pass mandatory LMS training, and strive for high productivity and quality service.

The role requires one year of related experience or a two-year technical degree, plus ASE certifications is preferred. State inspection license and TPMS knowledge are valued assets.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE certifications G1, A4, A5 (and related ASE credentials) encouraged.
• State inspection license and related ASE certifications are valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems and perform maintenance services.
• Maintain safety as priority #1 and follow all safety training.
• Ensure Service Work Orders and MPI are initiated and displayed during service.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, proper disposal of waste, and facility upkeep.
