Job summary

The role handles intake, processing, evaluations, and determinations of applicants with integrity and in compliance with state and federal policies and SEC guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous telemarketing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Adhere to Admissions Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with prospective students and provide high-level service.
• Call internet/website inquiries; follow up on inquiries.
• Screen applicants by phone and set up campus interviews.
• Input all activity into database systems accurately; timely reporting.
