Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience in finance, accounting, or business.
• 3+ years in commercial lending, credit analysis, or business banking preferred.
• Strong lending and credit analysis knowledge; ability to assess financial information.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with prospective business customers through outreach and referrals.
• Builds and expands relationships with First Federal business customers via proactive service.
• Analyzes applicants' creditworthiness and financial condition.
• Negotiates credit terms per bank policies.
• Evaluates loan requests and presents recommendations to loan committees/Board.
• Manages a commercial loan portfolio with annual reviews and collections as needed.
• Identifies opportunities to connect customers with other bank products and services.
• Collaborates with center managers on joint calls and community engagement.
