The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in commercial lending, with a proven ability to manage high-value relationships and cross-functional collaboration across bank lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of successful commercial lending relationship management experience.
• Ability to build and grow a diverse portfolio of business products with growing entrepreneurial businesses.
• Proficient credit analysis knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a relationship manager to deliver advice and value for business customers.
• Grow and retain business by expanding deposits and loans within approved credit risk.
• Acquire new customers and build centers of influence.
• Manage a portfolio of 50 relationships averaging $50M loans and deposits.
• Collaborate across product partners to meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and BSA/AML requirements.
